Your Areas of Responsibility

As part of our team, you will take on diverse and exciting tasks:

• Client Consulting and Support:

  Comprehensive advice for property owners in the Valais on all questions regarding their property. Analysis of customer needs and goals to develop tailor-made solutions for buying, selling, or increasing the value of their property. Accompanying clients throughout the entire process, from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract and beyond.

• Real Estate Valuation and Analysis:

  Conducting professional and realistic valuations of properties to determine their actual potential. Analysis of market trends and the surroundings to provide well-founded recommendations for buying or selling decisions.

• Marketing and Sales:

  Creation of appealing and meaningful sales documentation and brochures. Development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to reach the right buyers. Organization and conduct of viewing appointments. Conducting sales negotiations in the best interest of the client.

• Acquisition and Networking:

  Active acquisition of new properties for sale or rent. Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts in the region.

• Administrative and Legal Tasks:

  Procurement and preparation of all necessary documents for the sales process. Coordination with notaries and accompanying clients during contract processing. Ensuring legal security for all parties involved.

• Consulting on Value Enhancement:

  Advice on renovation possibilities in combination with real estate services to increase the value and living comfort of properties. Close cooperation with our construction and project management team to offer clients a holistic service.
