Back office employee (50%)

Coming Home GmbH, a leading real estate company, is looking for a dedicated and reliable employee for the position of a part-time Back Office Assistant (50%).

Tasks

Support for administrative processes in the back office area

Processing incoming inquiries by telephone and e-mail

Management and maintenance of data and documents in the internal database

Creating and updating reports and presentations

Coordination of appointments and meetings

General office organization and administration

Requirements

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Ideally experience in the real estate sector or in the back office

Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word

Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
